Functions of the Department of Law
 

A team of motivated empowered people meeting organizational needs, keeping pace with the time finding effective solutions are present at major Airports for interaction with various Airlines and agencies in respect to Legal Affairs at station. The major fields for interactions are as follows:

  1. Issues related to Aviation Law
  1. Handling Domestic and International arbitration
  1. Searching Constitutional provisions for employees rights and duties
  1. Issues related to Corporate Planning
  1. Suggesting modalities for BOO, BOLT, BOT
  1. Advising and assisting on Contract Management
  1. Drafting required Legal Instruments Regulations, Bye Laws for effective management and for effective Administration
  1. Advising on out sourcing measures
  1. Finding effective solutions to the problems posed with facts and data based decisions
  1. Imparting expert advice and information on legal issues to various Deptts
