in the pre-immigration area
- In case of private agencies- Reception counter to be provided in the area
after the exit from Custom arrival hall

- Only one counter, in the Airline- Check-in area at each terminal

| Domestic Terminals |
- Only one counter, in baggage claim area or check-in area at each
terminal
