Suggestion Box At The Airport

AAI has provided complaint/suggestion boxes at strategic locations in all the passenger terminals at IGI, CSI, NSCBI, Chennai and Trivandrum airports. AAI has also provided complaint book in the Airport Manager office, which is 24 hrs. manned at IGI, CSI, NSCBI, Chennai and Trivandrum Airports .

The suggestion /complaints pertaining to AAI are processed by the concerned head of Department and reply is sent to the complaint.

The suggestion/complaints pertaining to other agencies like customs, immigration, airlines , concessionaires etc. are forwarded to the concerned agency for suitable action.

Suggestions/complaints are also discussed in the monthly Airport Facilitation Committee and Airport Security Committee meetings, which are attended by senior officials of all the agencies functioning at the airport.
